Book A Table

Our restaurant has reopened after the Covid-19 lockdown with new arrangements and menus and, very importantly, COVID-19 Accreditation from Taste Causeway and the North West Regional College.
Special Arrangements for the Open Championship at Royal Portrush
Open Wednesday 17th to Saturday 20th July.
Reservations are strongly recommended.
Lunch from 12 noon.
Dinner from 5:30 pm.
But, sorry, Closed for Breakfast.

Our vision is for a pleasantly relaxed, informal and friendly licensed restaurant offering simple French inspired and elegantly presented dishes priced for regular visits and not just for special occasions.

On entering there is an impressive library featuring books on travel, food, and interior design with easy chairs and a double sided fire. (Unfortunately during the COVID-19 pandemic the Library is not available and seating is reduced.)

The Restaurant is imaginatively designed with zinc topped tables and bar counter setting the tone. There’s French inspired wall decorations, hide away ‘snugs’ and a Petite Salon’ with a cosy open fire. For small parties the semi private area, affectionately known as the “Moulin Rouge”, is the perfect spot for parties for up to 10 people.

ACCOMMODATION

Complementing the Restaurant is our sister property MAISON, an award winning 5 Star self catering town house overlooking the River Bush with a Booking.com Certificate of Excellence scoring 9.9 (out of 10) for 3 years running.

We were planning to open for Summer 2020 six unique bedroom suites with their own private garden patio at far end of the French Rooms but unfortunately due to the Coronavirus this has been postponed.

The Visitor Information Centre is directly opposite the French Rooms and there’s an excellent public car park very close by, about 100 yards. The car park is also the Park & Ride to the Giant’s Causeway and here’s a tip – a little known fact but if visiting the Giant’s Causeway it’s better value to use the Park & Ride (operates March to October) than trying to park at the Causeway.

We hope you can pick up a flavour of the French Rooms from our web site and that we will have the pleasure of welcoming you to ‘the French Room’ and even MAISON, our 5 star Town House, someday soon.

A bientot.
